Subsequent to shareholders vote at the EGM of 29th July, SunMirror AG has been merged into its subsidiary, BrightCore Resources AG, effective 5th August 2025 and a website for BrightCore Resources is being developed. The website for the overall Group is accessible on https://brightcoreresources.com where all instructions to shareholders of SunMirror AG to get their BrightCore Resources AG shares registered as well as relevant business information are provided.
